While singing, the young musicians of BOENK! and the children's choir of ReMuA/ShAkE meet some famous love figures from the great symphonic repertoire: Carmen, Scheherazade, Toreador and William Tell. Composers George Bizet, Nikolaj Rimski-Korsakov and Gioachino Rossini were masters in making the characters come to life thanks to their melodies, colourful orchestrations and often oriental atmosphere. This programme full of passion and vigour is conducted by Rik Ghesquière.
