No bow or drumsticks to make music, but a piece of magnetic tape. With Manipulophone, you play a pre-recorded tape by moving it across the playback heads.
Slide faster or slower, forwards or backwards, and discover how the very same recording can transform with every movement. Each gesture changes what you hear, turning experimentation into a musical discovery.
Manipulophone is an installation by Stichting Logos.
